Why all this lack of understanding of God,and the Bible? One of the chief reasons for it is the failure to appreciate the importance of God’s holy spirit. It is needed to understand the Bible, even as in the first place God used it to inspire men to write down His thoughts. Said that Bible writer David: “The spirit of Jehovah it was that spoke by me, and his word was upon my tongue.” Yes, “prophecy was at no time brought by man’s will, but men spoke from God as they were borne along by holy spirit.” This holy spirit is no person, but may be likened to a powerful electric current that cannot be seen, or to the invisible television, radio or radar signals that send out information and which require a certain kind of receiver to be reproduced.—2 Sam. 23:2; 2 Pet. 1:20, 21.

What you DO have is a faith in a creation myth (one of thousands) that was written by bronze age, desert dwelling, nomads.
Think Id rather just be comfortable in the knowledge that there are things that we just don't know about yet than believe in a creation myth written by people who had no idea of how the universe works.

Goodlife, would you explain to me in simple terms what you mean? I suppose my first question would be why should I believe you rather than your favourite book. Don't worry if you don't want to reply; I suspect that you don't really understand what you are talking about and so can't put up any kind of rational argument. If I'm wrong in your view, then please explain why.
Life evolved very slowly over hundreds of millions of years starting from mineral crystals that catalysed their own formation and becoming increasingly complex as more elements were incorporated into the structure.
Man (made in God's image) has tried for centuries without succeeding in producing anything recognisable life. Seems to me that a God wouldn't have succeeded in a week either.
Life requires time, lots of it, and the right conditions which is exactly what the Universe provided. Gazillions of diverse planets where life might have been able to form and nearly fourteen billion years to do it.
Amazing what you could see if you watched enough places for long enough.
