JW's are not allowed to read things which contradict their faith.
Ive had many JW's at my door that are all too willing to give ME their Watch Towers and Awake magazines, (which I accept) but when I attempt to give THEM some literature that contravenes their own religious doctrine they wont take it.
Like all fundamentalists they are utterly brainwashed and wont take any chances of reading anything that might challenge their own beliefs.
