If There Is A Creator....

Why should we believe that he is a good and kind person? Obviously we can't simply rely on his own word, since a wicked creator could lie. I see no evidence that he is good and kind. Are we simply victims of our own hope and wishes?

If there is a god, then I presume (s)he created everything, whether good or bad. So everything, good or evil, was created by god?
I wondered if there's more 'evidence' for a bad, uncaring or amoral god, than for a kind and loving one.

And there's no need to postulate a loving and good creator to explain basic biology.
