The claim is not the proof.

Millions of people claim that Allah is God.

Millions of people from all sorts of religious backgrounds claim that God saved them from something or another.

Thought I did! But then my intellect kicked in.

I was a teenager at the time, couldnt stop reading and studying.

Spent hours at the library, (pre internet)

Read hundreds of books and articles.

It's about faith, nailedit.  I can't prove it by concrete facts, nor can it be proved that my religion is not real.

There is a goodness in life and people - who do not prosper themselves by giving kindness, help etc..  Selfishness would make them richer etc.. That is a sort of proof if it helps you at all.   I don't suppose it will.  :(

you seem to be conflating "evidence" and "proof". They aren't the same. Fiveleaves has given evidence of his own religion and you've not accepted it, which is what happens with a  lot of evidence given in court.

But as to "concrete proof" - he/she won't be able to prove God exists and you won't be able to prove he doesn't. You could always give it a rest.

Mankind has freewill, Barsel.  If you accept good (in the form of God), you also have to acknowledge evil (personified by the Devil).

after Noah's flood, God said he wouldn't flood the world again. By extension he isn't going to stop us doing it - that was why he did it in the first place but he seems to have concluded that it was an overreaction on his part.
