Song sung after collection plate goes around?

Hi everyone. I'm hoping you can help me.

I have just started attending our local Baptist church (church of scotland). I have not been to church since I was about 7 years old and I cannot for the life of me remember the words to the hymn sung after everyone gives collection.

I know it starts 'Praise God' and at the end it says something about 'Praise Father Son and Holy Ghost'

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

grasscarp has the correct hymn, and it is only the chorus which is sung after the collection.
