Extremely unlikely. Not heard a valid justification for them yet. But they can be good fun if not taken too seriously.
I very much doubt it ! If they were I would be a millionare many times over !

The mind allows a person to believe what they want to believe.
The Sun's having an away day to gemini next week, can I answer this one when it gets there?
Obviously not, as one in 12 of us would have the same outcome.

Engage brain before writing question.
I have had personality clashes with lots of people who turned out to be Scorpio.
I get on really well with Leos (not law enforcement officers).
I like to think there is some truth in it.
I don't believe horoscopes but there are similarities to the descriptions of people in relation to their star signs. Perhaps its just a coincidence!

"Today, you are in for a shock as Jupiter enters Uranus" :-)
I'll keep away from Jupiter!!
The thing about horoscopes is that they are so vague that they are bound, by the law of averages, to apply to some people to some extent.

One newspaper reporter who had been detailed off to do the horoscopes got bored with it and resurrected the horoscopes published decades previously, jumbled them up and published them under random signs. He got just as many delighted customers as before.

A lecturer made up a single horoscope and gave it to every student saying that it was a personal reading based on his or her date of birth. At least half the class said how accurate the horoscope was. All just silly nonsense.
Same with "psychics". They just tell you vague facts and you can apply them to anything.

"Ooh. he had a good sense of humour but was firm when he needed to be"

What rot.
a prediction:- tomorrow you will hear from a stranger, name begins with a B or something like that, and they will tell you something pithy and informative
Chakka, I like those experiments a lot. How funny.
Sorry, nuttynutman, I forgot to answer the question, but I expect you get my drift.
I very much doubt every person in the same star sign experiences the same thing

haha! nice one Waldo. Just shows what a gullible lot people are. They twist the meanings to suit themselves and make out you are psychic. I love it.
