Actually - "JC" is an imposter in this pic, he's an undercover p!mp and the young dark-haired chap is a homeless (you can see his sleeping bag etc on the right beside the bench). He's just hitched down from Bradford to seek his fortune in Brighton and he's about to become "JC"s number one "special friend" and take over Kemptown's red light district.
