Suicide bombers

If there really is a heaven as many seem to think, would this also not include suicide bombers (and Answerbank trolls)?
I would imagine that anyone who believes so vehemently in their convictions that they are prepared to go to a certain death must surely be rewarded in the hereafter!

The argument some Muslim suicide bombers have put forward that dying in the defence of their faith gives them entrance to Paradise should be negated by the fact that taking innocent life is not permitted in the Koran (except in defending the faith) - how far you go in initiating that "defence" should be in debate. I don't know about the Kamikaze Japanese pilots - my Buddhist friends believe that all life is sacrosanct so I don't know how they squared Kamikaze with that.
Those who've blown themselves up are the only ones (so far) who could give us an answer as to how far in got them, in any hereafter!

Wildwood, why? Who do you think is going to reward suicide bombers - or anyone else come to that?
Boxtops, Japanese Kamikaze pilots were more likely to follow Shinto, a religion that, like Buddhism, doesn't embrace the concept of heaven and hell. I imagine they believed wholeheartedly that their actions were morally justified and would therefore have a positive effect on their 'future'.

Funny your objection started off about Europhiles and has now moved onto parodying other people's choice in Avatars.

I wonder what that frog would look like on a nice blue background with some gold stars around it.
Maybe I'll see if I get a bit of time later
