Beso, what an odd thing to say. You can hardly nit pick with individual breakaway groups, nor claim I am incorrect because you personally don't consider the CofE to be a protestant church. That's just silly. A quick look at the history of this country will tell you it is. If it wasn't protestant it would still be Roman Catholic! The vast majority of Christians believe in the Holy Trinity - and that's a fact.
DT, in my experience that's a fallacy. None of my Jewish friends are mean. Quite the opposite in fact. And as for the Saudis ridiculing the Kuwaitis, that sort of thing happens the world over and should always be taken with a large pinch of salt and viewed with a generous helping of good humour. The English/Irish, French/Belgians, Spanish/Italians, and so on and so on. ;o)

Fair enough. I stand corrected.
Note though that the Trinity is nowhere mentioned in the Bible but like the vast majority of the doctrine is inferred by those who interpret the Bible.
However I do stand by the notion that the CofE is a branch of the Catholic church and is not a true Protestant religion. Real Protestants dispute the opulence and indulgences of the Catholic church.
All Henry did was to place himself in the position of the Pope and continue with the same indulgence and rhetoric.
BTW. I am not actually as interested in religion as some have assumed. I am not inclined to waste my time on such rubbish.
