Any email from a company saying they will terminate your contract has to be a scam.

No company would kick out a valid customer unless they were badly behind with payments or whatever.

I had a new one today. Answered the phone to be followed by four seconds of silence before an automated voice said, "Hi, isn't it time you had your oven professionally cleaned?" PMSL.
