The diving, cheating, spitting, swearing, constant challenges of authority, inane drivel from commentators, Maaaaaark Lawrenson in general, these are nothing compared to a ten second countdown.

Applauding a goal is fine, why wouldn't it be?
Question Author
I have often watched games from behind "enemy lines" and, while wanting to cheer my little cotton socks off, have utilised polite applause instead. In fact I would recommend it as the only option in those cases. ;-)
I too have watched many a game behing enemy lines ........no polite applause though, I just can't help myself.
