This actually happened a few months back, but means that as of Euro 2016, Gibraltar will play in the group qualifiers(but amusingly will be kept apart from Spain in the draw for political reasons, as are Russia/Georgia and Armenia/Azerbaijan).
I wonder if and when Kosova will ever be admitted?
