As I was growing up in the late seventies/early eighties i was surrounded by Liverpool supporters so no need to tell me about being arrogant. I've never hated that club because of their success, so I can't understand why folk are more concerned about putting another club down rather than getting behind their own team.

He says 'everyone hates the best clubs'. I don't remember anyone 'hating' Liverpool when they were ruling the roost in the eighties, or Forest when they won European Cups, or the Arsenal invincibles era. It is purely down to the arrogance of the fans, the attitude of the players when they don't get their own way, and old red nose whenever a ref gave a decision against them. And please don't come back with the jealousy card, it's really not about that. The other successful teams were admired, Manure are just detestable.
