We all know they broke the rules.

Man City have been told what their punishment (it hadn't been confirmed officially) and they have 3 days to decide if they want to accept the punishment. If they appeal it (can't see how they can) they may be hit with a bigger sanction if the appeal does not go their way.

Better wait until all this is confirmed before commenting weather the punishment fits the crime.
