Hi everyone - a new thread, the last one is here -

Well, a dreadful weekend for my teams. Some shuffling was necessary. Hang on... as the real managers decided not to do what had been suggested they'd be doing in Team News, I end up with an eggy red face, along with a haul of 21 & 49 points. Truly dreadful.
Still, there are only 5 Game Weeks left, so my meagre single-figure available transfers might see me through.
Such fun! Be well :-)
I can count on the fingers of one hand ten games when we've caused our own downfall

Hi LIK, not a bad weekend for me moving up into third, I just had a better feeling about making Christian Eriksen Captain rather than any of my United players... here our latest league table:

Thanks and no problem sorting the league :-)
I had a look on Sunday morning and was in third but had no players playing so thought it would be just a temporary stop-gap position with Arsenal and Chelsea both playing their perspective counter parts.
I did bring in Hazard for the suspended Salah though yippee capt 4 pts. I'm using my transfers wisely this season ;-)
I am a firm believer that if you score one goal the other team have to score two to win

Hi all - a reminder of the fact that the coming Game Weeks are busy, to wit :-
Sat - 7 matches - 1st kick-off 12:30
Sun - 2 matches - 1st kick-off 1:30
Mon, Tue, Wed - 1 evening match per day
Thu - 2 evening matches
Another 6 matches spread over next Sat through Mon, then a "normal" weekend after that.
*Keep an eye on your daily Captain changes* & if you need to, use those remaining transfers wisely.
I'm sitting at 5th & 6th & would really like to move up a place or two, so fingers crossed I get some effort out of my (recent) non-performers...
Keep having fun & be well :-)
Let's close our eyes and see what happens

Hi LIK, A busy game week indeed:
Saturday 14 April:
Southamptonton v Chelsea 12:30
All 3:00 KO's
Burnley v Leicester
Swansea v Everton
Crystal Palace v Brighton & Hove Albion
Huddersfield v Watford
Liverpool v Bournemouth 5:30
Spurs v Man City 7:45
Sunday 15 April
Newcastle v Arsenal 1:30
Manchester United v West Brom 4:00
Monday 16 April 8:00
West Ham v Stoke City
Tuesday 17 April 7:45
Brighton & Hove Albion v Tottenham Hotspur
Wednesday 18 April 7:45
Bournemouth v Manchester United
Thursday 19 April 7:45
Burnley v Chelsea
Leicester v Southampton
I for one don't have a player in each of the daily fixtures but a few of the 'catch up games' in midweek should see me ok.
We must have had 99 per cent of the match. It was the other three per cent that cost us.

Hi all - back to a more usual look to this Game Week's schedule -
Sat x 7, 1st kick-off 12:30
Sun x 2, 1st kick-off 2:15
Mon x 1, kickoff 8:00
The previous 2 Game Weeks netted my teams 97/47 & 97/29 - a bit of up-and-downing & I'm at 4th & 6th in the League, so still ok-ish.
Having a pair of defenders on negative points really didn't help - I was convinced they'd do better after recent showings - I'll be reviewing the teams in the morning...
Hope you all have a good weekend, be well :-)
The minutes are passing faster now and the sight is in end

Hi L.I.K, the last two game weeks not as good as one hoped with 83 and 12! pts. dropping me down to Fifth (I'd have taken that at the start of the season) and 108 and 18 points keeping me out of top ten spot in Twelfth.
I'm not overly excited about this weekends fixtures either but it's a funny ol' game anything can happen.
Good luck everyone.
Who'll win the league? It's a toss of a coin between three of them.

As expected a really poor showing for my teams again this weekend. 40 (6th) and 48 points (11th) all my strikers are firing blanks and quite a few players rested by their managers... guess they must be some European games this week? ;-)

Goblet Vase inscription, if a little bit taking the p!55.
