Hi everyone! Our starter thread will soon pass its sell-by date, so this one will keep us showing in Latest Posts. Here's the original thread -

I'll post a new thread around this date each month & ask Ed to alter the "sticky" status for us.
I hope everyone's managing to keep on top of the injuries & bans thrown into the mix so far?
This weekend (Game Week 4) looks like this -
Saturday - 7 matches, 1st kick-off 12:30
Sunday - 3 matches, 1st kick-off 1:30
There are no matches in Game Week 5 & I'd like to remind you all to take note of the following from the Sky "Help" page -
"The first Overhaul period will begin following the completion of game week 4. It will then run throughout game week 5 and up until the first kick off of game week 6."
The "Overhaul" period is when you have *unlimited* transfers that *don't* come off the 40 per season allowance. Of course, you're still limited to a total value of £100m.
In effect the period runs from Monday 3rd September to Saturday 15th September (up to the 1st kick-off at 12:30).
I'll certainly be having a shuffle round, having made a very disappointing start to the season.
I hope fun continues to be had & everyone stays well :-))
Mind, I've been here during the bad times too. One year we came second.

Good Luck to all this weekend.
Hi everyone - a reminder of this weekend's schedule -
Saturday - 8 games, 1st kick-off 12:30
Sunday - 2 games, 1st kick-off 1:30
Don't forget to get those Captains sorted out. A couple more transfers for me before tomorrow, I can't seem to get the balance right yet this season...
I hope a good weekend is had by all - be well :-)
I was really surprised when the FA knocked on my doorbell

Hi L.I.K, we don't mind that you can't find the right balance, honestly I'm sure I speak for everyone ;-)
All sorted for the weekend, no transfers required in fact the tough part was selecting a Captain especially for tomorrows fixtures.
Have a good one everyone hope your teams do well for you.
So pleased I'm not Pinocchio.
