Well, who'd a thought it? City were nailed on certs to beat United, and Leeds were (probably) nailed on certs to beat the Saints. A double shocker at Wembley this weekend!

Both Leeds and Southampton lost in three of their final five games in the Championship this season.  So neither team were really shouting out "We're Premiership quality!", were they?

Leeds haven't exactly got the greatest of track records at Wembley either.  Quote: "Defeat for Leeds consigned them to another season in the Championship and meant they have now lost their past three finals at Wembley without scoring and been unsuccessful in all six of their play-off campaigns."

There'll be plenty of partying in Sheffield (where I used to live) tonight.  The one thing that Owls' and Blades' fans can always agree on is that "We all hate Leeds!" 😊

strip off and dive into a cold swimming pool.....full of ice - and say hi to those on the way down!

Chris, I used to work at Excel Logistics in Brinsworth for a while, full of Utd and Wed fans. What an experience, as I'm from Manchester and a fan of Utd! Chuffing hairy!

19.15 Chris you forgot to give leeds their full title, it's Dirty Leeds!!

Of course that moniker goes back to the days of Hunter, Bremner, Charlton etc. They wouldn't get away with that these days, they'd all be sent off within 10 minutes!
