Thank you mighty WBA, It,s that old football adage isn't it ? Never write the Germans off, even at that level !!! I agree mark01 had a point about the group game and that england(already qualified) put out a weakened team but that night the germans could have just as easily been playing within their limits knowing they only had to avoid defeat to progress. The German U19s were noted before the tournament to have a very good defence and goalkeeper and with 1 goal conceded in 5 games with good reason !!!

Fair shout Stick - that was bordering on the embarasing at times - second half we just werent in it - dissappointing considering there was 6 or 7 regular Premier players out there.
