They could easily have bottled it after going out of Europe, but they went to OT and for me, won the title with that result. And to score 103 goals is a fantastic achievement. I wonder what the Portsmouth players are thinking right now? Where are you Les? Probably getting pi$$ed I should think! They were lucky today though weren't they? Eight break-aways! Thanks, Clarion. It was a great race to the line. Winning the title this season seemed more enjoyable than the last two, because it was achieved with a certain amount of flair, and because the others were sewn up a long way from the final day. I thought Sir Alex was very gracious in defeat too.

Happy, happy, happy, worth it just to see Gary Neville's face and Didier's tantrum when Frank wouldn't let him take the first penalty. Also, for those of us who stayed well into the celebrations, the sight of Didier running across the pitch in his pants after he had given his shorts to a fan.
