They could easily have bottled it after going out of Europe, but they went to OT and for me, won the title with that result. And to score 103 goals is a fantastic achievement. I wonder what the Portsmouth players are thinking right now? Where are you Les? Probably getting pi$$ed I should think! They were lucky today though weren't they? Eight break-aways! I can't believe that people were talking Wigan up for this game. What planet were they on? Well done Chelsea, but we'll have our trophy back this time next year.

And Sir Alex was remarkably gracious in defeat..... Can't wait for next year.... expect it to be another close one Think we might just do it again though unless you find a proper replacement for Ronaldo....
well done chelsea they deserve it

8 breakaway goals did help ........only joking
Thanks, Clarion. It was a great race to the line. Winning the title this season seemed more enjoyable than the last two, because it was achieved with a certain amount of flair, and because the others were sewn up a long way from the final day. I thought Sir Alex was very gracious in defeat too.

Well done for managing to get "Chelsea" and "flair" in the same sentence.

It would have been easier to use words like ...

stoical

grinding

physical

diving

etc ...

=0)
Bit harsh JJ. Especially as an ex-blue helped keep The Seagulls in the Third Division.
"Third Division" ?

LOL

Who do we have who played for Chelski ?
BTW ... we did finish 13th !!

We were not in the relegation zone ! (oh, okay ... we were for quite a lot of the season ... but not at the end).
One thing won Chelsea the Premiership this season, the same thing that will win any team the premiership if they have enough of it.
Sugar Daddy bought the Title ???
JJ try googling Gustavo Poyet - ever heard of him ?
JJ..........Your manager is a Chelsea legend. Or "was"......he spoilt it a bit by signing for Spurs!!
Happy, happy, happy, worth it just to see Gary Neville's face and Didier's tantrum when Frank wouldn't let him take the first penalty. Also, for those of us who stayed well into the celebrations, the sight of Didier running across the pitch in his pants after he had given his shorts to a fan.
I'm no Chelsea fan but would rather see them hold on to the tiltle than the cheaters-Man Utd! Well done Chelsea indeed.
