I thought Slovenia played pretty well this afternoon. If England play like they just have and Slovenia play like they just have, we are going home. It was hopeless. Apart from a couple of flashes of mediocrity (I couldn't call it brilliance) with some well controlled short passes it was uncontrolled and they seemed incapable of keeping possession. Am really ruffled around the boa with them.

Having said that I would never have booed them. I've seen England at Wembley on many many occassions and despite some pretty dreadful performances, would never boo them.

if England can get back to playing only reasonably ok then they have a good chance of winning because Slovenia aren't up to much themselves

Well I reckon they have one more chance. And as for them being over paid ninnies - yes they probably are for their clubs, but I understood that when you play for England you don't get paid - other than expenses.
