I’d love to see them do well but taking anything from Arsenal at home is a big ask. Arsenal seemed to lack creativity at Anfield, but with the (potential) return of Cesc Fabregas and the home crowd behind them I can see Arsenal dishing out a pasting.
I’m off to watch my home team of Kettering take on Darlington this Saturday, which I’m really looking forward to. Ex-Kettering boss Mark Cooper is now the manager at Darlo, so it will be interesting to see what kind of reception he receives from the home fans.
I’ll run out of space if I continue to waffle about every game on this weekend, so if anyone has any thoughts on the upcoming fixtures or if they’re off to see any games, please reply to this thread!
For those out there who are trying their hand at a spot of management, have you made any changes to your fantasy teams? I’ve just taken N’Zogbia out and replaced him with Bale, so my team now looks like this:
GK: Jaaskeleinen
DF: Evra, Cole, Terry
MF: Malouda, Bale, Arshavin, Lee
ST: K Davies, Rooney, Rodellega
I’m on the official Fantasy Football League, by the way, not the Sky Sports one which I know a lot of you play. Maybe I should join the Sky Sports one?

No problem!
I'm in a fantasy league with a few friends where the "buy-in" is £20... I think there's about 25 people in the league so there's a nice prize pool. There are also bonuses for manager of the month which is a nice touch.
The money incentive means that I'm taking it all VERY seriously this season, as last time I would forget to remove injured players etc. as nothing (other than bragging rights) was on the line.
