utd are a gelled team,as good players stay at there football team,giggs,scholes,etc.who have been there for years and they know each other inside out...hence the trophy cabinet.

Northboy - if you dont get results, your manager will be axed and then players will be cycled out - or some of the players move onto other more attractive perceived winners.

I believe Man C have to land something this season, or you will face some good chaos, and this will not help team harmony and dvelopment.
