Well, it's that after the "Lord Mayor's Show" feeling again. Bit battered but still kicking back. Minimum stakes and no chasing today, will save my reserves for a dip into the Rugby match later. Strange scenario. If Wales beat Ireland they win the slam. But, But....if England were to beat Scotland and manage "bonus points" and Wales do not get the tries for a bonus it means that England have more points and top the table. Never seen that set up before. Weather is shocking here so a day in with the sport.

Weather the same here and already had to alter my weekend football acca having lost 2 games (Bury and Accy). Should have realised Accy's match would be called off. You only have to spit a few times on the pitch to cause it to be waterlogged:-/
Despite it being 'after the Lord Mayor's Show', there are still a few large field handicaps for me to get my teeth into and, nice to see that Willy Hill are keeping the festival spirit alive by offering a 1/5 odds for the first 7 places in the Midlands. I've had £2.50 e.w. on Kilkishen @ boosted odds of just over 24/1.
3.00 U; Duarigle @ 11/1
3.10 N; Dali Mail @ 4/1
3.15 K; Brother Ted @ 4/1
3.35 U; Chef D'ouvre @ 12/1
Win singles, 20p Lucky 15, £1 e.w. acca (reduced price for extra place where applicable). 4 placed = £50, 4 winners = £4,657
Will have a look at your Rugby with a view to having a small punt. Study hard :-)

Just logged into my WH account to put a bet on at Wolverhampton and found an 'extra' £37.50 in there. Scratching my head, checking all my horse bets then remembered i had taken advantage of their boosted price of 13/2 that WHU, Villa and Norwich would all win. I had scribbled through the bet on my pad when West Ham went 2-0 down. So, the day wasn't as much of a loss as i thought it was, though the win doesn't put me in pocket, it does cushion the blow a good deal.
