I have very reluctantly rejected Hijack in the 3.00 and have gone for Yeavering Belle, instead. I will most likely be proved wrong, but just watched Hijack's last 2 races and, in my most humble and far from professional opinion (as opposed to that of the Maestro, Nicky Henderson), the horse did not appear to be crying out for an extra 2f. Yeavering Belle made all over today's distance l.t.o.

Ah, it only shows 6 races on TV. They'll prob show 7, wont they?
Not too keen on jumps but I'll have a quiet bet for something to watch.

Yeah, Spice, the 2.15 at Newbury is the omitted race. Don't know why they insist on doing this. I know they have to fit the 7 races into their allotted tv slot but they could have aired the 2.05 at Donny as their 2nd race.

Done an ITV7 Ken but had looked for a little punt before I noticed there was one. Done. These 4 in the usual Acca, e/w trebles, win doubles. E/W single on the first.

Done the first two, and last, of those with Ask For Glory, Ensillar, Mossy Fen, and Ocean Wind. May have a look at Ensillar in a single if there is a market move. The trainer saddles the favourite anyway and we all know what happens when you are not looking.

Wasn't paying that much attention to prices when i was choosing the ITV 7 so i've only just realised that Soldier Of Love is as big as 7/1. Nicholls has won this race twice in recent times so i've had a couple of quid on at that price.
