Today's ITV 7 begins with the 2.05 Kempton, ends with the 3.45 Ascot, taking in another Kempton race, 1 more from Ascot and 3 from Haydock.

A glance at the cards tells me there are a few decent handicaps within the '7'.

Took some doing and no matter how i interpret the stats, i cannot get away from the Haggas runners. Not often i back 3 from the same stable - unless it's Fahey or Henderson - so i hope they have a great day. Cos if they do, then so will i :-))

2.05 Kem; Mostahdaf @ 5/1
3.30 Hay; Go Bears Go @ 12/1 - 5 places
3.45 Asc; La Yakel @ 7/2 - 4 places

All 7 in the ITV7 and a £1 e.w. acca.

Best of luck all punters:-)
Good Afternoon ... although it is a bit gloomy up here. Done the ITV7 again with a couple ogf punts from those races. Left out the odds on runner from all bets. ****E/W Acca, Win Doubles and Trebles. ##E/W Double. Single to be taken as and when can do a cover bet of needs be as I am now in for the day. Good Luck if you are having a flutter.

Dubai Honour 2.05K
Adjuvant @6/1 2.20H*
Uzinsco @16/1 2.40K#
Amtiyaz @8/1 2.55H*
Aratus @8/1 3.19A*
Khaadem @28/1 3.30K# (Also free £5 bet with 365. E/W obvs.)
Al Nafir @8/1 3.45A*

The 3rd selection has shortened considerably since I laid my bet earlier and I just noticed that all the horses in the Acca begin with letter A.

Togo, just had a phone call from Ian Williams (said he's misplaced your number) wanting to know why you haven't backed Reshoun :-))
Haha Ken. I gave him a swerve because he has had a busy year and not getting any younger. If they put him away for a month he will be good to go. I see that Williams took my advice in the end. :)) I am having a mare. :((

Not doing so good myself. Did have a couple of quid of Saffie Osborne's winner in the opener at Ascot @ 4/1. Still got a couple to go in my patent, the first one having won @ 6/1 and i have a late bet, 5pm onwards. Not done with just yet:-)
Glad that's over. Hopeless. Doing a "get out of Jail" pair. Molinari Thirsk 5.11 and Ventura Flame Ascot 5.30.
That Fresh is giving me palpitations.
That Irish trainer, Matthew J Smith, I was bigging up is another enigma(to me)
He hasn't got many horses, seemingly, but he often runs 2 in the same race. Whichever one I bet, t'other one wins.
Bet to win they come second, e/w they creep out of the frame in the last strides.
Last night he had 2 in one race and 1 in another.
I'll bet the 3 of them, I thought.
First one won at 12/1 (drifted from 17/2) with the better fancied one out the back.
Next won at 11/2 (op 6/1)
So I would have done the right thing......if only I hadn't fallen asleep half an hour before the first one and woke up quarter of an hour after the second one.
I suppose I can't blame the trainer for that. Must be God's fault. ;-)
Ouch^^

Hahaha, Spicey. Never heard of the drink 'God'.

Little double in my patent and a couple of quid on Look Out Louis (grandson). Slight upturn in my fortunes as the day gets longer:-)

£2 win on Don't Tell Claire @ 6s - another family name

I must've blinked when i was looking for 'mug's forecasts' 'cos i missed a belter in the first at Wolverhampton. 1st River Wharfe @ 28/1, 2nd Harbour Vision @ 15/2. Forecast returned £222.32.
I don't do Tricasts, but Opticality was 3rd @ 5/2 fav for a mug's Tricast which paid £720.83.
Gonna look a bit closer tomorrow :-))
Just a though I had. Did you see The Queens horse Circle of Fire win easily on Thurs at Salisbury. Stoute trained 2yr old made a mile look easy. Derby contender next year?
Question Author
Didn't see it, Togo, and i'm not being offered a video when i track back. It will be interesting to see how those who ran behind it do in future races.
Log in on Sporting Life Ken(same pin as ITV7 etc.) then it will show a video at the bottom af the page. Just click on the little person icon top right next to the football icon.
You can get 50/1 antepost with 365.
Question Author
Just watched it, Togo, and, while it was certainly impressive, i won't be rushing to put any of my ill-gotten on @ 50s - i'm not really an ante-post punter (apart from my season-long football accas). So much can happen between now and next June and, as i said earlier, i would like to see how those behind it fare in future races and, indeed, the horse itself. Also have to factor in whether Moore would be available to ride it in the Derby - O'Brien will no doubt have runners.
That said, i wouldn't put anyone off having a quid or two each way at those odds:-)
