Talking of 'shorties, i have been looking at some of the possible 'good things' which are Chelters bound, with a view to having an ante-post acca on them. Trouble is, some of them are 'double-booked' at the mo, so i'll have another look nearer the day.
Have been saving my Sky free bets and will continue to do so until the Festival - should have around £80 in freebies by then and, no doubt, some of the other 'firms' will be giving daily freebies away.

Afternoon Ken and other punters. Bit late on parade today Ken. Been to Liverpool Royal for Ct scan. I did my punt last night as we were on the road for 8am. Got back an hour ago, and after a bacon butty(earned) found I had a non runner. Grrr you know what that means. Changed my bets on 2 sites and ready to rumble again. Some nice horses out and stables are beginning to gaze onward to the "Festival". Clues can be gathered from here on in I think. Good Luck Everyone.

Afternoon Ken and Togo.

I wondered what an acca was and so googled it. My question is if I had four horses selected and three won but one lost would I still get three individual lots of winnings or does the whole bet fail? Thank you and good luck today.

Unless you had done the trebles, doubles, or singles as well you get no return. If you had done the Acca E/W and the losing horse was placed you would get a place Acca up at the subsequent reduced odds. You would also be kicking yourself. Todays Sat. racing thread is up and running in other sports.
