Does anyone know what the following flag that some of the supporters have represents: it looks like the Union Jack but it's in red, green and white?

We might, might just, accept the St Piran with a top-left quadrant of St Georges in the devolution of the UK - get rid of these pesky Scots and perhaps the Welsh....
