you'll see that the eBayer is hoping for bids starting at £48 but looking down the page shows that (for similar items) nobody is currently bidding more than £1.50.
Even a World Cup Final programme (allegedly?) signed by Geoff Hurst currently has nobody prepared to offer the £400 starting bid:

so it seems unlikely that your two programmes are worth a fortune.
Thank you both for your contributions and I had in mind a price of £250 for both programmes, which, in the circumstances, would appear to be reasonable as they are both in immaculate condition and, I assure you, they are genuine.
Please be VERY careful if buying a World cup final programme. A reprint was made only a couple of weeks after the final and there are many of these on the market - and I promise you that you wouldnt tell the difference.
