Afternoon,

What's going on currently then. Should I both with the England/Scots game?

Who is likely to go through from our group, and who are we likely to play? (assuming we win the group?)

You'll have to ask the artist (i.e. not me for this one!).
England will go through, and when we beat Scotland on Saturday that will put them out as Argentina go through.
As winners we'd play runner up in Pool A which will most likely be France.
If England win their group they are likely to play France.
If they come second they are likely to play New Zealand.

If Ireland win their group they are likely to play Wales.
If they lose to Italy they are likely to go out altogether.
Elsewhere it's likely to be
Australia v S. Africa
and
New Zealand v Argentina
Semis:
Ireland/Wales v England/France
New Zealand/Argentina v S.Africa/Australia.

And after all that, Ireland to beat New Zealand in the final :-)
nooo, England will reach the finals and get beaten by NZ 37 - 16

So what you're saying is that I've got to keep the Rugby logo up until 23rd October Pa___ul?

And thank you for you explanation ichkeria.

I like watching France play England, don't know why but it's always a good game (if memory serves)
Just for the weekends, you can mix it up during the week but England's QF and Semi will be on Saturdays and the final on the 23rd, by then you'll need and England specific one!
Agree - just to put up the logo at the weekends would be fine, Ed....and as for an England specific one - we'll wait and see!
"I like watching France play England, don't know why but it's always a good game (if memory serves) "

And so you should: England usually beat France, Ireland, on the other hand, rarely do, though we seem to have acquired the knack of beating England.

"Ireland, on the other hand, rarely do."

Not sure which event it was, but the last time I saw the above I watched a brave attempt of the Irish team to push the whole scrum up the field. It was mad, and didn't work, but it was really impressive!

Impressive in a "We're not going to win, but everyone will remember that we're stronger than you" way :)
aye, they're hoping they don't have to play France because they couldn't blame their defeat on a dodgy handball decision in that game!! ;) haha!

England v Ireland would be a cracking game, we'd have to play a savvy game to beat them but I think our pace in the backs would give us the edge.
I can't believe the Irish forwards have pushed anyone upfield in a long while!
Someone did do that it this world cup - I can't remember which match it was.
I'm only sorry we didn't see Georgia play Russia - that would have been interesting!
"I think our pace in the backs would give us the edge"

Perhaps, although I would love to see Tommy Bowe sidestepping the hilariously named Shocking Hype (or should that be Shontayne Hape) :-)
