Personally I think it's nonsense.
I don't think any club picks a manager based on their skin colour,they choose who they see as the best one for the job.
If we are going to go down the "quota" route that exists in different occupations then what would happen if the England football team was selected on that basis?
90% would have to be white to reflect the population of the country!
Most of our clubs in the Premier League are owned by foreigners these days so to hint at them been racist is just silly.
