notice the top of the coin has the stupid logo of the olympic games, so the whole coin is flawed. trying to explain the offside rule is a nightmare for anyone, and to try to do it with a couple of symbols meant the chap that designed the coin has no knowledge of football whatsoever. The offside rule is something that must stay, if you make all football matches clinical, such as camera's on the goal line, ref's being told the truth of a foul by people watching close up cameras etc. then all the fun will go from football, and all the people doing "dodgy bets" will have to go to another sport. I bet that there are footballers out there that earn a good living from missing goals, impeding play, getting sent off etc.. the cricket team did it, and there's not many of them compared to football players, so it is probably rife. money talks,
