Handicap in sport?
Usain Bolt is a fantastic runner but no-one who races him stands a chance except when hes not totally fit which happened recently. Im all for handicapping. With high jumpers nearly seven feet tall no-one of normal hight stands a chance. Same goes for all sports, even team sports like football. Give the lesser team a goal or two start.
