This a very good and revitalised Welsh team.
This is a very good and young English team.

Will experience count in the cauldron of the Millennium Stadium?

Had England beaten Italy by a cricket score I would have gone for a Wales win.

They didn't......an England win by 10 points.
sssshhh :-)
It should be a great weekend for rugby.
Bunch of gentlemen thumping each other with nice manners. It's a pleasure to watch most of the time.
(I wish footballers would take a lesson from them)

No offence Sqad but I'm hoping England can replicate their implosion in Ireland 2 seasons back.
Just hope it turns out to be the fantastic spectacle it promises and not a cautious chess match between the kickers!
;-0).....good luck old mate.......

I'm hoping we get another serving of this:

You too.....(he said through gritted teeth and the widest grin!)
LOL.....LOL....some of that tackling was "ferocious".......
If the experience of the past few weeks is anything to go by, a spectacle it won't be.
The first weekend aside this has been one of the dullest - probably the dullest Six Nations ever. Alan Quinlan in the Irish Times did an analysis of the offloads (passes out of tackles) per country and the stats are very depressing. Ireland in particular have an abysmal record in that respect, although we seem to have played most of our matches in either a hurricane or a downpour, which doesn't help, and have had 27 injuries or suspensions!

Wales ought to win, but who knows.
France are going to stuff Scotland (as usual)
Question Author
Not seen the forecast for the weekend but England have the choice in regards to the roof.
They'll probably want it open, it gets stifling in a cauldron!
Question Author
I'm hoping the Scots can leave the French holding a large kitchen utensil.

Alba gu brath!

I agree sqad, the tough time Italy gave us will stand us in good stead for the Taffs, England grand slam comming! If we have the choice then open the roof! Rugby is an outdoor game.
I hoping Chill, I'm hoping, but not holding my breath.
I think England v Wales will be tight. Ireland v Italy?, well any justice in the world Ireland win.
\\\\Ireland v Italy?, well any justice in the world Ireland win. \\\

Steady alba....steady my love........if Italy had had a kicker, then England would have lost.
Was not England's best game sqadlet xx
(This from a woman who watches from behind the couch!)
Question Author
Italy can take heart from their displays thus far (Scotland aside) and as Sqad rightly says if they had someone who could split the posts regularly they'd be contesting the championship.
They have more than a good chance of beating Ireland in their own back yard and as I type news reaches me that Sexton is out.
It's game on!
Italy missed only a conversion and a penalty, the score was 18-11, what sort of arithmetic are you using sqad?
Question Author
Could be wrong but as I recall Italy missed TWO pens and a conversion.

Prepared to be corrected though.
