After all the build up to Giro d'Italia its not on mainstream tv. Can I access it (highlights prog only!) through the internet?

Also has ITV got the Tour of Spain and Tour de France highlights as before?

Not sure what you count as 'mainstream' TV but British Eurosport has the Giro live daily. And ITV4 will continue to show the Tour de France live, as it has been doing, until at least 2015
