British Women Sprinters

Can anyone please tell me the names of two women sprinters from the 1970's. I think one of them was Sonia Lannaman but can't remember the name of the other one. They were both black athletes.

Verona Bernard (later Elder)?

Verona Elder has been suggested, but as she was principally a 400 metre runner I think Beverley Goddard is possibly the answer. She certainly competed alongside Sonia Lannaman many times and was a member of the 4x100 metres relay squad

Could indeed be Bev Goddard, although she was mainly the eighties but did start in the seventies
