Djokovic already there. Murray's lost 1st set. And in danger of losing the second.

Andy was clearly very tired having played 3 long 5-set matches and with the first of them, played 3 days in a row. I still think he wouldn't have beaten Nadal on clay but hoped for a better performance. Oh well, never mind.
He only had two five-setters, but I dare say that fatigue was a bit of a factor. I would have had Nadal as a favourite anyway but there was a feeling of inevitability about this result as soon as Murray allowed Monfils to take him to five sets. If he'd won that in straights then I might have gone for Nadal in four instead, as then the signs would have been that Murray was capable of playing at a high level on clay for more than two sets. As it is, he's met the king of clay at his absolute best, and no shame in that.

I hope that he can have a good grass-court season. In the long run Murray ought to be remembered as perhaps one of the best in history -- it's his bad luck that he happens to be playing with three more of the best ever. After all, he reached his first Grand Slam final aged only 21... without Federer, Nadal and Djokovic he could easily have been winning one or two Grand Slams each year... as it is, even getting two is some achievement. Let's hope there are a few more round the corner, probably at Wimbledon and the Australian Open.

Wasn't as close as you'd hoped Jim? Murray never looked like he was going to win it. Three straight sets to Rafa, not close at all IMO:-)

It was a polite understatement.
Yes jim, you are right about the 5-setters, my mistake. The Kholschreiber match so long, and Verdasco match very tough, so yes, fatigue could be a factor. Nadal certainly seem to have found his form again and on today's performance will say he should win the final again.
I know Nadal is my idol and I don't support Andy at all, I must say I've never seen Rafa so strong as he was today, almost possessed, I even felt a bit sorry for Murray.
