...[i]they carefully don't mention about charging for the pie and peas though Chilli[] ;)
I'm not sure about that accent?

Very good though.

No doubt it'll be better than anywhere else........
I hope they take into account that the morning of Monday 7th July, when they will be travelling from Peterborough to Cambridge in their convoy, the part of A14 they will be using is MURDER on a normal Monday morning. I hope they give themselves plenty of time.
You're not wrong Paul :)

I imagine they might trundle down the evening before.

Anyone else going to watch it in the flesh?
isn't the hill in the photo at the start actually in Dorset? That would make more sense, better climate and closer to London.
Arghh, bloody Tour De France is causing major problems here, all the schools are closed and I dread to think what the traffic will be like.
Ed, my understanding is they are travelling down from Sheffield (where stage 2 ends) to Peterborough for an overnight stop, then on towards Cambridge on Monday morning . I'd have thought that some kind of "tented village" in the Park and Ride at Trumpington, where I believe Stage 3 starts would make more sense. And, as Rocky says, loads of schools closed in the area. 'Er indoors works at a Special Needs school in Huntingdon, and even that is shutting for the day.
Well I'll allez to the bas of mon stair!

Are there any lamp post experts on AB, who can give an opinion on the action of the Masham authorities who ordered little woollen jerseys to be removed from lamp posts?
