If you change allegiance now people might think you were just a fair-weather fan. Stay with them.
My OH is a united fan. I feel for him :-)
MU have fans all over the world. By comparison in London you are local.
used to go to vicarage road in the old days of Graham Taylor and Elton landing in his helicopter..good for family and kids..
Now now if all Man U fans had that attitude there'd be none left :-)
'Man U fan contemplates switching to Barnet'
How are the mighty fallen :-)
there's always been a funny smell around Old Trafford - stay in Barnet (London).
Y0U ARE N0T AND NEVER HAVE BEEN A FAN 0F ANY F00TBALL CLUB IF Y0U FEEL THE NEED T0 USE THE W0RD 'CURRENTLY'. I AM 'CURRENTLY' REPLYING T0 Y0UR P0ST.
If you have never been to Old Trafford how exactly do you support them? Do you go the away matches?
Quite agree with Ken.

Allegiance to a football club is not a transient matter. I no longer watch football (for many reasons, not the least that it includes a large number of cheats among its participants) but I take an interest in the results. However, I am a Tottenham "fan". I did follow them ardently (including two seasons where I went to every game they played and a number where I attended probably 60% to 70%). I now no longer live near Tottenham (though I would not attend matches even if I did) and I cannot call myself a supporter any longer but they are still "my" team.

If you have to ask who you should support you're not really a supporter at all.
No point for guessing which team I support, even though I no longer live anywhere near there now.

I agree with what ken4155 and New Judge have said.
Things are looking up aren't they Canary?!
PS off course you should continue to support MU Jake. Treat yourself to a trip to Manchester this season, its only a train ride away.
why not switch away from soccer and start supporting football, there is a rich choice in London. Quinns, Sarries, Wasps etc
Or the London Hornets.
Let's not forget Rosslyn Park TTT
One should support one's local team. Since I've lived in Brighton, I've supported The Seagulls.

Maybe go for Watford. They seem jolly.

First post, we know nothing whatsoever about you, how the heck would we know who you should support?
Come on you Spurs!!!! Tottenham it is.
Who are Barnet?
Mmmmmmm.
