Unsureme et al, you must all have heard the saying, "Time and tide wait for no man." Well, as far as I'm concerned the same applies, by definition, to 'news' and this is the News category.
Consequently, I make no apology whatsoever for discussing a news item here. Had you switched on the One O'clock News a few moments after my revelation, you would have heard exactly the same thing there. Do you suppose BBC1 would offer you an apology because you had a recording of the event to watch later?
If you don't want to hear news, keep out of the News category is my advice!
