These people are just amazing. I've just seen women with cerebral palsy run faster than some able-bodied men.

Cyclists with missing arms, legs or hands powering round the velodrome like Chris Hoy. Absolutely astonishing. I'm loving it.

It's a shame we only see them every 4 years.

Yesterday I was watching the swimming and a one armed man came second. The strength they must have is amazing.

Yes, I've just been watching the swimming. A man with no arms competed. I'm not sure how he finished, but my lord, what a feat just to do that.
