Must be written in invisible ink....
I dont beleive him!
It may be boxing related.

I don't particularly like Tyson Fury. He is, what my dear departed mum would call, "A gob on a stick." However, I very much respect his prowess in the boxing ring. He talks the talk and walks the walk. In the early hours of this morning, he destroyed the hitherto unbeaten American, Deontay Wilder, so much that the American's corner threw in the towel in the 7th. Fury does what it says on the tin. Respect!
I know a few guys who will view the * boxing * live this am .
Ken, did you stay up and watch it ?
Question Author
As do I, Anne. That is why I did not reveal the result in my opening post.

I tried to, Anne, but I dozed off and woke in my chair at silly o'clock, after the fight had finished:-((( Which is what happens almost every time I stay up late to watch a world title bout:-/
How is this a spoiler? It's all over the news.
Because people wanting to watch their recordings will be avoiding the news Tilly.
amazing performance from Fury spoiled by him licking his oponent's blood off his neck!!

Tilly, see my post 09.39 .
Ah...like the Likely Lads? :-)

Thirsty work, boxing, ael:-)
I got up to watch it.
The fight was posted on youtube early this morning. Fury landed something like 58 punches to Wilder's 18. Totally outboxed and dominated him. If that thump round the ear, that had Wilder down resulted in an inner ear injury or busted eardrum he may never get back in the ring.

Don't understand the attraction of two blokes knocking ten bells out of each other ; with the express intention of causing injury to the other
Togo - I'm surprised it wasn't stopped.

Baz - I quite agree with you. It's not a pleasant sport. I'd just watched the Tyson Fury documentary so that was my only interest in it.
I was surprised that his corner sent him out for the fourth round. He could hardly put one foot in front of the other, without wobbling about, at the end of the third.
