Alright chaps. Sorry I missed you last week. Had a date with a Bunny Girl. Racing was dire anyway.

There was a 100/1 winner at Uttoxeter as well on Wed. That would have been nice.

Anyway, your mate P J MacDonald rode a lovely race on Ifraaj? to give me a 33/1 winner, late Tuesday. Next bet, early Wed, had something I've never had before in a lifetime of betting.
Have a guess. I'll buy the nearest a pint if we ever meet.

I think the boys snuck off to Kempton without me.
Don't like Ascot at the best of times but I've been following these 3. 3.05 Kipps 7/2
3.40 Gulliver 10/1
4.15 Arbalet 20/1
+ Reshoun 28/1 2.50 Haydock
And The Tin Man 14/1 3.25 Haydock
Think I'll just do a small stakes L31 and watch an old film.
I like 3 of the sprinters at Navan + Walkabout there. Might listen to them. Good Luck.

Oh, and a small e/w on Enable. ;-)
Afternoon all done the ITV7 as below with a £1.00Trixie on the *** and a 4 timer with e/w Doubles and trebles on the other 4⁕. I was loath to leave Reshoun and Tabdeed out of my original bet up at Haydock, so I have done a little e/w double on them @ 28/1 & 12/1. Had to do Kipps as well later, I have just about followed it off a cliff this year. Great racing by the way up at Haydock and the sprint race should be a cracker. I can only think that you had a bit of luck with the ladies on Wed Spice. They were banging the winners in and Hollie Doyle was immense at two different meetings.

Al Dabaran* @4/1 2.15H.
Future Investment⁕ @ 8/1 2.50H.
Kipps* @4/1 3.05A.
Art Power⁕ @6/1 3.25H.
Golden Apollo⁕ @8/1 3.40A.
Danzeno⁕ @15/2 4.00H.
Society Lion* @5/1 4.15A.
Afternoon, gents, and good luck to you both. I'll have a guess at you getting a placepot up, Spice?

ITV 7; Arthurian Fable, Rhythmic Intent, Shandoz*, Hello Youmzain*, May Sonic, Came From The Dark* & Queen's Sargent*. £1 e.w. acca.

*Denotes 20p L15, £1 e.w. acca. Poss £28 for placed, £3,544 for win. Placed with SkyBet as they are going extra places in all 4 races.

Main bet;

1.55 Asc; Rose Hip @ 6/1
4.35 Hay; Star Of Valour @ 12/1
4.45 Str; Jamacho @ 7/1
5.20 Str; Atlantic Storm @ 9/2

Win singles, 20p L15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £40, 4 winners = £,5354.

£1.50 e.w. on Reshoun @ 22/1 - Sky going 5 places.

Note that Hayley is 100% when teaming up with Charlie Felloes at Asc, with 3/3. They team up twice today, Perfect Inch (2.30) and Via Serendipity (4.15). Pondering a small stakes win single and e.w. double on the pair.

There was a 100/1 winner at Uttoxeter as well on Wed. That would have been nice.
Hollie Doyle will have her fans at Haydock as well Ken. Well fancied to be the first lady group 1 winner on Glen Shiel in the mad sprint.
Followed by a 40/1 shortly after. Nice double :-)))
Horse needs to improve a tad, Togo, but it's not beyond HD to boot this one home, given the season she's having.
Question Author
Togo sort of won. I bet Lough Swilley? and it won at 100/1.
Had at least two 50/1's over the years but not 100/1, never. Lol.
Just logged into my 365 account to put a couple of quid on Khaloosy - 7/2 in paper - only to see the restrictive price of 5/4. So, I've done it to reverse places with My Oberon in a S F/c.
Hope you've kept the pin you picked that 100/1 winner with, Spice.
Reshoun never got out of reverse gear!!
The ground is carving up at Ascot. Be like a ploughed field at the end of racing today.
Idiot on tv just had me checking the price of Hollie's mount in 3.25. He said it is "Fancied by many" so i thought it was being backed. It isn't!
She went very well Ken had no chance with the winner but beat everything else. Rode well again.
Agree, Togo. However, having checked the price as I mentioned above, I wasn't tempted as the stats pointed elsewhere. And, as you know, the stats are my main reference point when picking my Saturday losers ;-))
Actually, the stats hold up quite well, as a whole, it's just that I choose the wrong one from the qualifying list. Take the 2.50 at Haydock; having studied the stats, I was left with a choice of 3 horses - Euchen Glen, Reshoun and Rhythmic Intent - and I chose Reshoun as a past winner of the race :-(
Yep Ken and I chose William Buick on Danzeno and he rode a race that was well short of his best. The horse looked like it could run the race again.
Thank gawd that's over...let's just say I have had better days. Time for a glass of Rev James and a look in on the football.
Kane to score first and England 5-0 @45/1 maybe.
Yep done that and Sterling first goal and 5-0 @60/1 Adds a bit more interest.
