Recently signed up to this.. about a week ago. Still haven’t had authorisation back from them yet.. has anyone else done this before? Tried searching what the turn around time is but can’t see anything.. I keep logging in to look and it says I’ve done everything I need to for now.. just getting very impatient.. lol

Just get on your bike and cycle to work, why is it an issue?

IIRC it took about 3 weeks, there’s a fair bit goes on between them and your employer I think.
