Verstappen over 10 seconds behind, 5 laps to go. Takes a pit stop, now he's even further behind. One lap to go, officials make a decision that puts him level, no seconds behind,on fresh tyres. Without being biased, what do you think of the first lap incident?
Martin Brundle is correct
Lewis left the door open and Max went for it
It will be a massive talking point and will rumble on
That said it is obvious from the performance of the cars that Lewis would have passed at some point in the 58 laps
Going back to the turn 6 incident it is karma from when Max took Lewis right off the track the other week and it was deemed a racing incident even though Max went right outside the white lines

If I looked as good as that, and i could drive a car like that, and I'ds dated Nicole Sherzinger, I'd be 'arogant' as well.
I think there is nothing wrong at all with being good at something, knowing you are good at it, and not being afraid to say so.
The inbuilt British false modesty is an anachronism, and is dying out, as it should.
The rest of the world is happy to acknowledge its strengths, and its weaknesses, without looking at its shoes and blushing like a schoolgirl.
