1 Answers
I’m thinking of getting into kickboxing casually but I’m worried about brain damage. Is this a good reason to be worried or should I not be afraid since I’m only doing it casually?(Btw i’m a tall skinny guy who’s never been hit before).
Any advice is appreciated
