I’m thinking of getting into kickboxing casually but I’m worried about brain damage. Is this a good reason to be worried or should I not be afraid since I’m only doing it casually?(Btw i’m a tall skinny guy who’s never been hit before).
Any advice is appreciated

Brain damage? You wear protection, head guards, boxing gloves etc, it gets you fit, and you learn self-defence, and it will build your confidence. You don't learn how to fight people, you learn discipline, and how to defend yourself. Go and watch a beginners class, you'll soon decide if it's for you.
