Have you been watching? I've seen a couple of games. It's all very cute. No aggression; no intensity; poor marking. But some people seem to like it for some reason. Better than the mens game; sooner watch this etc. :o)

Dave 50, there's over half a million tickets been sold for the comp so far.
Saw it was on, on a number of occasions, but on checking England weren't playing, so changed channel.
This is just, yet another, AB old farts love-in isn’t it. Times change, guys. Time you got off the conveyor belt and let the new guys take over, eh?
New guys as in, new girls, maybe?

must football teams, regardless of individual talent, have a diversity quota?
Race shouldn't be (and I don't believe is) a factor when picking a National team. Perhaps it points to a lack of inclusivity at grass roots level in the women's game, but I don't know enough about that subject to make an informed decision.

There's no doubt that womens' sport is watered down isn't it, compared to mens' sport? Everyone knows this but lots of people adopt "The Emperors' New Clothes" aspect and make out that it's just as good with all the patronising, as seen in the replies here.
How is woman's sport watered down?

Weaker. Less skillful. Less powerful. But good in the sense of money cos they're getting paid decent dosh for that. Not bad eh?
Less skillful, Did you see the goal?
