Euro Final - In Play Thread

It would be polite to people who can't watch the match live, if we could all use this thread for in-match posts and final result celebrations (we hope) - so that any spoilers don't show in Latest Posts or on the AB front page.

As for the game tonight, well done England. However, I thought it was a scrappy game with lots of poor ball control on both sides. I think the scrappy winner summed the game up. But one thing that is not different from the mens' game, is that none of the players ever do anything wrong. They don't committ fouls, concede penalties, are never offside etc. It's all the fault of the referee.

Interesting, Clarion - the behaviour of the players (on both sides) was worse today than in any previous match I've seen at this tournament.
I mainly put this down to the referee having an absolute shocker (or just being incompetent).
Whereas previous refs have been of the no-nonsense "get up you're not hurt and I'll book you if you continue trying it on" persuasion - which meant that the players behaved pretty well and accepted decisions. This one was all too obviously swayed by some (pretty dire) acting and got so many decisions wrong it was laughable - fortunately nothing she cocked-up was crucial and the incompetence balanced itself out.
