Let's hope, after the disappointment of the women's rugby union loss, England can repeat the form they showed in their demolishment of India in the semi-final.

goodgolie; I'm indebted to you for pointing out it was live streamed on Ch4. I spenr the whole morning glued to the TV set.
Very exciting! I thought about half an hour before the end we were going to lose it, but the lads did well.

When Hales was cleaned up by a beauty I thought 'oh no', but Stokes kept a cool head. Great result, especially after the rugby disappointments.

The game was great, but the coverage was a bit manic , I could have done with less of the continual replays, & shouty Pakistani faces.

Totally agree about the crowd shots, so I listened to the radio coverage - only watched the TV when something exciting happened :)
