I doubt there's any specific law saying thou shalt not hold bear-baiting exhibitions, but presumably it contravenes laws about animal cruelty.

Chap at work who`s from Bulgaria was happily telling me about it when I said I hope the bear gets loose and bites the people who do this when he said... "Ah, not a chance,..what is....we remove teeth"
