The Carlos Tevez Affair
Can't these people just let this matter lie? Even for the non-west-ham fan and probably even for the Blades fan it's getting bloody irritating. have these people got no shame?
At the end of the day the only reason why they got relegated was because they played sh*t.

Here come the bandwagons mentioned

Leeds want a piece of the action.
What next, the local hot dog sellers around Brammel Lane claiming the fact they had to put their prices down by 50p per burger as they were in the championship.
The premier league are to blame for all this, not West Ham or Sheff Utd. West Ham paid the price with a fine dictated by the powers that be. If they had just deducted points at the time, there wouldn't be the current mess there is. This latest out of court settlement to Sheff Utd opens up a huge can of worms and i can't see it being closed for a very long time.
Two facts remain from all this
1. West Ham should of had a points deduction at the time of being found out
2. Sheff Utd were not good enough and couldn't even get a draw at home to Wigan on the last day of the season to stay up. (Was that Tevez's or West Hams Fault??)

Seems strange that even though Mascareno (or whatever his name is) was illeligable it is still known as 'Tevez affair'. That would be the price for one player moving to the most successful premiership team of all time and the other player going to a far inferior team. Never mind at least Carlos can count his WINNERS medals
